Oh how I miss the Verus days!

I really miss the days at Verus. It still amazes me that some people could find nothing to like about it when I liked almost everything about it. Does anybody else miss those days?

Also has anybody thought about how lucky it was that we were let go last year instead of this year? Imagine trying to find a job right now!

Twinject was NOT impossible to sell! I'm not saying it was easy, but there were many people who succeeded. Unfortunately, those who were unwilling or unable to sell Twinject were left to hang around too long. Had management made those difficult decisions sooner, who knows what might have happened.

twinject was never the goal dumbass. they made their money off of a product they knew they were never goinig to bring to market. twinject was just a means to buy some time and if it brought in some positive cash flow, great. do you really think investors gave them 100M for a drug in a 250M mrkt. it wasn't the dead weight that brought an end to verus, it was over before it ever began.

Another grand conspiracy theory. Twinjet was not the goal, you are correct. The goal was to bring eflow to market. Twinject was something to gain access and develop relationships within the Asthma and Allergy market to successfully launch eflow. When Twinject was not doing well, the investors sold off eflow and then Twinject. The goal was to have both products but when Twinject could not sustain itself the investors cut their losses.

This brings us back to the original statement that if we would have cut the dead weight earlier and made Twinject viable, then eflow probably would have been in our bag in some capacity rather than sold to AZ! Dems da facts!

The facts are the eflow was never coming to market. It was a scam to get and hold people. That is why they kept pushing the product back each year. What do you think was happening in the corner office room where eflow was being worked on. The goal was to sell TJ and to buy other products. When it was realized that TJ was not a big hit, Verus had to look at other options. I assure you that the reps were never going to have eflow in their bag. It was a gimmick to get and hold people. Let me know when it comes to market.

I'm sure you're right. I'm sure that Astra Zeneca spent 300 million dollars on eflow in an effort to help Verus perpetuate the scam. You, my friend, are a genius, you've cracked the case!

They will only spend 300 million if it gets to market, remember there were several bench marks to hit to get that money. I just would not hold you breath that it will. I think you were foolish to think you or anybody at Verus would be selling eflow. It gave the compay some credability before they could sell the rights off. Has anyone hear how Malcom is doing with it?

Is eflow on the market yet? Is it any closer than it was 4 yrs ago? Remeber when Verus told us that in 2008 it would be on the market...no wait 2009...no 2010.... How is AZ doing with it? Do you think we will see it in 2010? Who wants to put money on it? You mean to tell me the a big company like AZ can't get it to market. Again, do not hold your breath, you will never see it, trust me I know the real story, suckers

I agree, this was just like Dura and the Spiros device that hooked investors and handcuffed employees for so long before it was deemed a dead project. But the goal for Dura was the same for Verus, sell the company and make a huge profit for the principals.

As far as eflow goes, AZ is notorious for buying small products that could potentially compete with their brands. They did it for eflow and recently when they purchased the budesonide program from MAP Pharma. They explore the technology via milestone payments and then abandon the projects.

2011 is coming to an end, and 2012 will be hear shortly. How is eflow coming? Is it the big hit we thought it would be? Wait, not out on the market yet? Are we looking at 2013 or 2014? Has anyone checked Malcom's office to see how things we going? He was to stay with the project right?
