Don't think you are going to escape and fly under the radar. A moderate volume account will increase their cost about 20K or more a year.

This is shocking they would have the nerve to yet again increase the price considering the fact that raising the price in such a dramatic way before destroyed the OFIRMEV business to the point where it never recovered and all the rep's reputations were literally destroyed. Undoubtedly, there will be more hospital's that take it off formulary. Still no true head to head data out there too. Embarrassing.
