Any idea how long the background checks take? I am hoping for an offer!

Based on what HR is saying, it sounds like they will be wrapped up by the end of this month...so one month before training begins.

Those who interview will know if they are "moving forward" within a week; however, it may take up to the end of this month before the background checks are completed and offers are made to those who pass the background checks. The time it takes to complete that process depends mainly on what skeletons are in your closet. Some will be completed very quickly - in a matter of days - others will take longer. Not all offers will be made at the same time - they won't wait until all are in before starting to make offers.

If you got the "moving forward" email, you have been selected for a position but must still pass the background check and have the DMs determine which territory you fit based on where you say you will go vs. where everyone else in your area says they will go. It's like scheduling to cover a shift, knowing who can work where and when.

Offers will likely be extended by the end of this month with training beginning on March 28. Now whether that means home study then Indy the following week or in Indy on that date, I don't know yet.
