Offered a position in 120's

I'm looking at an offer in the 120's to join. I have a long career and lots of success stories. Ho does this rack up against other candidates?

I dont care if anyone sees this or connects it to me. I have a great job already and switching for this base might be OK but the bonus could put me over the top to make me switch.

Yes and if not, maybe. Mope that helps

So is the 120's offer in line with most other sales reps or should I push for more? Im not completely sold on the move BUT if the high range for base salaries can go into the high 130's or 140's then we have something to push for. Anyone that high?

I make a base of $139,673 after only 2 years here. My DBL likes the fact that I am consistent, driven, organized, intelligent, timely, well spoken, clinical, dilligent and self motivated. I hope this helps.......

My friend, thanks for this info. Sounds like $125k with two years would actually be on the low end of the salary range. I will target at least $135 and see what happens. I have 3 years of prior experience but only have a $110K base.

Based on your friends in-depth research - go for 175,000 - you seem like a wise, keen & super lovable addition to the Team - oh yeah, you going to need to do some teamwork on the boys.

Wow, sounds like you are under paid with all of those amazing skills, the one thing you didn't mention is your ranking which I would guess is number one with your amazing skill set!!

Sorry to say you are getting ripped by about 10,000!!!!!

not one single person here has a base salary in the 90s that is a sales rep. not one.
120 is a good salary for someone with 10 years. if you have say 15-20 you could
probably negotiate to 130 but you don't sound sold on the job so why bother.
we really don't want people that are making a decision over 5-10K to salary. kind of petty so stay
at bms or one of those factories where you mean zero
