We used to hire the best of the best. They were also smart and talented. They moved on. Think about this as I have here for the last 4 years.


As a CSR the actual "selling" is limited. No competition, no price negotiation, you show new instruments that's it.


We try to convince surgeons to adopt robotics then force them to do every case possible on the robot. I'm looking to get out. I had 3 interviews with really good surgical companies. All 3 had concerns that I have worked for ISI. Even more concerned that I have been here 4 years. I thought working here would be look on as a positive.
