I’m looking at a role and am curious what % of reps hit their quota? Is quota attainable?
That couldn’t be farther from accurate. The numbers are unachievable, just as they have been for the last 2 years. When less than 25% of your sales force makes plan, and looks as though will be the same this year, a shakeup in leadership will have zero bearing. The change in leadership was to trim the fat and lower costs. They’ll save with less commission as well.Depends on your role but there has been a recent shuffling of leadership so the % of people hitting quota should increase
