Abbvie has the absolute worst OEC. They let the CEO lie about his education and punish the employees with depositions for stupid things like office chairs. What a joke and the new internal folks like MM are a fucking nightmare. I know karma gets you right in the ass.

I truly believe OEC has been directed to thin out the herd.
 






OEC should fire the Immunology leadership for medical and sales for pure incompetence. Making the lives of Abbvie employees miserable. Great way to lead a team and brand. Fucking morons.
 












They needs to look at all these unnecessary speaker programs that are getting pushed on us in Botox Thx. It seems they care more about doing programs than anything else. Huge waste of money. Why??

all of these dinner programs are to get the speakers to write product, quid pro quo. Who are we kidding?

Amen! Stop the programs and stop hiding behind the 'educational' b.s. When a territory is asked to do 4-5 Vraylar programs in a quarter on a drug with no new indication or data in years you are telegraphing to the world you are paying off your speakers. RDs are as bad as DMs. They just want to say up the chain, hey look at how much of my budget i'm using, so they don't get dinged. Ever been asked to show an ROI on a program? Didn't think so.
