I don’t think you recognize the companies out there in eyecare-

Alcon-crap pay. Has to buy products which are sub-par because it has none.

Allergan-I think we saw what happened recently. Vuity was a major failure. Really only has Lumigan and Restasis (generic soon)

Aerie-bought by Alcon

Sun Oph-you must be kidding right? Nightmare of a company and fractions upon fractions of market Share

Apellis-only works in like 25_33% of people and hasn’t even launched yet. Will wait.

Novartis-pretty much just Xiidra, and it is losing to Restasis.

EyeVance-another joke with even less share and volume. On par with Sun.

Kala-was a joke and then Alcon bought the products—everyone lost their jobs.

so you can rag on B+L, but know there is little out there which is better. Maybe Genentech is only good place??
B+L pays well, bonus is fair, and even though we have tough products to sell we have more share than most of our competitors. Some are #1 in their branded class (Prolensa, LotemaxSM, Alrex) and others are on the way up. Vyzulta may have low share, but Rocklatan is lower!

B&L is the top of the bottom of the barrel ! Yea! You are correct about the other players in Oph. They are shit but B&L pay is good? not in Oph or any other specialty pharma company. The company is in MAJOR League DEBT and we are ''led'' by idiots like YB, BL and sycophants like D. Fang who would slit your throat to save their own skins. They don't care about you as a person, you are a cog that can be replaced at a moments notice.
 






Bausch still pays low salaries because they can. One of the lowest in eyecare. Take it or leave it. Ha ha.
