Zero % chance you get anywhere close to 165 regardless of experience. The only ones making that base in the rep role are the Novartis reps who were brought over last year. More realistic expectation is 100-110, maybe 120.
I was not in the Novartis role and came over from another company. They will pay for talent.
Don't walk, RUN! as fast as you can away from this company. it's a nightmare here. Management has no clue what they're doing. It's so bad, micromanagement of every possible metric you can think of. Constant pressure from your DM and RD about your ranking and performance. Always having to explain why you're not meeting quota when xiidra is losing due to coverage and an over saturated market. You have been warned, the culture here is awful. Everyone is trying to get out.
