This place is a disaster. There is a reason that B&L pharma has lost over 60% of sales force over past 2 month. Only apply if you are unemployed.

There are several products, depending on the position open. The salary is dependent upon experience but will be a bit lower than competitors. Territory size depends on position and area. Some are very small with no overnights, some are three overnights weekly.
More important than any of this is, will the company survive? Bausch is owned by Valeant-which you certainly know. If you have any awareness AT ALL, you have seen this and must be more than desperate for even considering an interview. As stated by other posters, over 60% of the sales force left in the February/March timeframe. April 1 there will be another mass exodus as the first quarter finishes and people will be eligible for their Q1 bonus, if the company is paying.
They are so desperate to fill territories right now they will hire anyone.

i left in February and unless you are jobless I would avoid that place like the plague. I was a top performer and won multiple platinum awards and not walked away but RAN. Good luck.
