Honestly, this is the worst contract ever. The target list were awful. They (AZ) need to do a restart with this contract and the list... or just let Publicis do it. The bottom-line is this contract is fashioned for failure.
 






Based on the way things started out, everyone really should get equal bonuses as if they were at 100% for Q4. There's no other fair way to do it... And if you really want this experienced group of sales reps motivated to sell and go the extra mile, then pay out 100% of bonus. Metrics and numbers shouldn't be factored in until this quarter... And please continue to clean up the lists!
 






Some Political Action Committee is funneling our money and bonuses to Barack H. Obama. I still find it hard to believe Big Pharma folded like a deck of old, beaten up cards.
 












If we ever got a target list that was viable maybe we could make some impact. I get to speak to a physician about once every two weeks and during my lunch appointments. I go around and drop off literature over and over and over and over again and go to offices that dont need crestor and then try and hope i can get one damn signature a day AND figure out how the hell im gonna make an impact. I need this job and i want to make impact but good lord give us a list that makes friggin sense!!!!! I just hope this gig lasts the whole year!
