This SP guy basically says the data is all bad and doesn’t know when it will be fixed. And HQ wonders why nobody trusts the goals or IC plans?!?! Fuzzy Math! BTW SP, you may want to spell check before you send an email to the “Ophthalmics” Sales Force - you spelled “Ophthalmics” wrong!
 












they cant get us goals on time, they can't pay bonuses because of "glitches", they can't give us data that is accurate, yet we are the ones that get yelled at for not selling enough. Oh yeah, don't bitch about their mistakes because "you are just being negative", we have to "stay positive." If we screwed up as much as these idiots we would be fired or at the least put on a plan, HELL, they get promoted. Zero accountability in Boston.

I just read the email: Ophthalmics is spelled wrong. They admitted data is messed up. They don’t know when data will be fixed. IC report will be published (and nobody will be making any $). Did HQ not plan for conversion to Units? “But trust us, we use an inverted pyramid”!

Phflem has to make sure shire hits the Q4 and full year 2017 expectations so all IC calculations will be manipulated until all monies are retained by shire. That way Phflem gets his full bonus and another great raise. Thank you for your support!
