OBU Salary discrepancies

I just found out than many colleagues who have far less experience and even no eyecare experience were given and have higher base salaries than many who do have the experience and were told that salary was not negotiable. I'm appalled and know that this was KK playing favorites like she always did.

you know several of us have worked hard, won awards to drive our base pay up. Also, some people are just good at negotiating. Don't blame the folks getting paid more, blame yourself for not setting yourself up for success, or just blame KK (that's what everyone else does)!
