OBU in Panic Mode

Hang on folks. From what I witnessed in our strategic meeting yesterday, we're all in for a wild ride. I bet no one said to you this job would be boring.
We basically have through the end of June to show a better RX uptake with Xiidra. If not, get ready for restructuring in August. One of the restructuring plans include talked about was combining OBU and NBU. Make the territories bigger and trim the fat. Why do you think underperformers are already being documented?

Not surprised at all......I just wish they hadn't overhired in the OBU last year, so good people didn't have to worry about losing their jobs 1 year in......

Exactly, this is some crazy shit! Reps cannot control formulary status, it's almost impossible to get someone to Rx when patients can only get 30 days.
We will be penalized for things we could not change and even the best salesperson in the world can't get around. Sad, that we weren't given the chance bc many commercial plans still don't cover it and Medicare won't be on board until 2018.
