While I appreciate your follow up on the GLINT survey to let us know how Shire was scored by us, we already knew this information because WE filled out the survey.

What bothers me and others is that you have yet to DO anything. Telling us you have results and forming an employee based action team that you will fly in to corporate is not ACTION.

Yes, we all love our teammates. Yes we love our RMs. And most of us will stay for about 2 years, but only because we just left another company in the last two years and we are mature enough to know job hopping is not a positive.

If you want to improve the TRUST and CULTURE like you say you do, then SHOW US. NOW! How long have you had these results? We have seen no movement to improve yet. Two years of GLINT surveys and NOTHING from you yet.

If you wonder why our numbers are not growing, here it is. DO SOMETHING Damn it.

My region and zone trust and culture scores went way up. Sucks to be you.
 












Then you're delusional, keep drinking that kool-aid. I sure don't feel valued and that nsm was a joke. Not getting home until midnight on a Friday

"I sure don't feel valued?" Complaining about working late one day? Comical! How much time do you skim off the clock every day when you're supposed to be in the field. Does that make you feel valued?
 






























That's true. They should have left you in your territory that week so that you could work the 10 hours that you normally do and then complain about the reasons you can't be successful. Go back to B&L.

Making fun of B&L goes a long way. They sell a total portfolio of products. We sell one, and not successfully. Think about it...we can’t even get out of our own way selling one product. We are failing selling one product. Good reps that came from B&L are either gone now or at the bottom of all the rankings. Because they can’t sell? No, because they are not challenged like they were before.
Who wants to be a managed care rep? Not me, and that’s what we are all becoming.

True, the most successful reps here are the best with managed care, not science or sales. That should be the qualification for a rep job here.

Only problem with this statement is B&L doesn’t want any of you back. When you all get shit-canned in the coming months you should try Akorn (not Alcon) or any generic or OTC sales gig. Anything without managed care would be good for you. We all know how good you are with managed care obstacles.

Sad and true! All I feel like I talk about is managed care. Doctors agree xiidra is a better product hands down, patients like it. However they can't get it! NC on too many plans here, PA'S with restasis failures (and let's be real busy docs aren't seeing patients back at 30 days..for that failure to switch, and patients will either stop taking it or continue to do so even if it's really not working bc they were told to and don't know any better.). It's boring, hands are tied, feel like wet can't discuss anything up until now with the DSA info
