OBU Expanding Again

Now that KK is realizing the call matrix aren't up to her standards there's talk of more reps being add to the OBU. Perhaps contract reps. The word is management is waiting to see what the call averages are once the product is launched. It's a wait and see thing.

This has to be a f'ing joke?! Territories are small enough, call averages ARE NOT A GOOD MEASURE OF EFFECTIVENESS!!! When the fuck will management learn this? We don't have a product and doctors don't want to see us until we do. Call averages strictly encourage a check the box mentality! A get it done and go home mentality.
Just let us do our job, own our territory and partner with it our docs. Enough already!!!!

Ummmm, the OBU consisted of two people in 2015. So I will have to agree, nothing has changed since we've been hired. If you dont like changes made at Shire, thats too bad. One thing is for certain in this industry-change. Its going to get worse. Much worse. So, instead of being a cry baby and complaining either get on board and be happy or change jobs. Change industries. Quit acting like a bugger eating bed wetter.

Yes the OBU is expanding. I ran into my old lens rep from BL and she just got a call from a recruiter that they are hiring additional reps.
