We had 3 big broadcasts, starting at 1215 on the east coast that were hyped up as the big, broad relaunch of Wegovy. It was expected every rep do at least one interface program, plus recruit for HCPs to sign up to watch individually.

Long story short, the broadcast never happened due to the servers being overloaded with registrants. The lunch interfaces that were done at 1215 were spent trying to refresh and reload the feed while HCPs were waiting for it to start, which it never did. It wasn’t until around 1pm that they finally said it wasn’t happening, but that HCPs could join the 115 if they “wanted to.”

Shortly after that email, they canceled the rest of the broadcasts for the day.

Hundreds of our top customers got to see (again) first hand how we literally can’t do anything right.
