Those in HO know how OB was after DC for years. He was always jealous of DC and finally he convinced LC to fire DC because of the so called budget tightening even though somehow Frank C is still getting paid.

What in particular was he jealous of? How come OB has so much influence over LC that he can get rid of a VP. That is quite something.
