Nobody with deep pockets can step in with the shareholder suits still pending. They would get socked. Even $5/share would mean $2+B when assuming current liabilities, shareholder settlements and future losses prior to profits. Profits will then grow slowly,
peak at a few $100M/yr and then decline as new competing products come to market. So, it will be hard to squeeze $1B in profits out of this company (summed forever). It would be silly to think that future profits could ever erase the $2B in retained losses.

It might sell for $5/share if the technology is validated with Neuvenge, suits are settled and board is cleaned.

The class action lawsuit should go all the way. PSLRA does not protect the company from the allegations in the suit. Those allegations have complete merit, IMO.
