Pretty cool that Mike Exton (biggest tool in Novartis) threw himself his own going away party as he moves to another role in a Novartis.


Ego cannot get any bigger and has literally done absolutely nothing for CV in the US. I call this “Novartis’ Biggest Loser” content, and right now he’s winning.

Marie France is out of her depth.
 




At this point, janitorial services could do a better job at managing this ship then MF….. for a senior leader, she’s horrible at motivating teams. Poor MF… we are watching a train wreck in slow motion.

Look at the leadership team she formed around her! Cronyism at its best. If you want progressive, focused, experienced and inspiring leadership, look elsewhere. No wonder the share price isn’t where it should be.

The industry has changed, but the global leadership team skills and capabilities have not. Let’s hope this sorry rabble are dealt with swiftly and that all the talent doesn’t leave in the meantime!

Marie France is making irrational and stupid business decisions. She is a terrible leader who doesn’t care about people. The reorganization is a disaster and will be her downfall. No Happy End for her, for us, for Novartis.

Not only that, he gets an even more senior role in CV global and introduces himself on the webcast as speaking from Hawaii (read: no care in the world) when half the company is still unsure of their future..... zero emotional intelligence there. Scary.

And when the new MD steps in at the end of the year, she'll eventually be out with others most likely too and we'll all have another happy restructure. Again!

This organization is spiraling down at a most alarming pace. It’s obvious what’s in store for everyone based upon this massive failure worth $9.7 billion. Layoffs are coming, it’s the nature of this industry. More so here at Novartis then at some other places. Take the appropriate actions to ensure what is best for you. They don’t care.

We’re in free fall. I wish someone would wake up and stop Novartis self-imploding. Vas, Marie France and Victor are destroying this company.

In order to do that everyone up top would have to admit fault for this train wreck. Nobody wants to admit that they made a huge financial mistake, and totally misjudged their target audience. Typical Novartis.
