Role wouldn’t start until April-May. Car allowance and mileage reimbursement. Large territories. Managers not even hired yet. Pay around 205 min base

Well, you obviously had a very different discussion with the recruiter than I did. Maybe it’s because of where I live vs where you live? My oncology experience vs yours??? Who knows. But don’t tell me to “try” something, when I already went beyond trying. I spoke to the recruiter, when I said my range and asked “is that in range” and recruiter replies…well 205 would be around the minimum base…I’m just telling you what I was told. But then again, value comes with a dollar sign. Hate to say it, but your background sounds bare minimum and they just screened you for quota reasons. Good luck
