Get used to making these everyday if you are a Team 1 rep....you may as well set up a cot in one of the patient rooms, as much as you are going to be there with Oravig and ES next year.

Good luck selling Oravig, even with Medicare coverage. Like a doctor is going to use a $300 thrush drug. Gee, that will get them to the doughnut hole pretty damn quick. What a joke. This company is insane.

2 calls. 1 for actually walking into the nursing home and 1 for standing the smell and not gagging

Credit #1 - Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing. Credit #2 - Medical Director or Attending Physician. Don't whine about it - y'all only have 3 products to deal with. Nursing homes add one more beast of an issue to deal with along with all the other crap we have to deal with on a daily basis.

Oh, please. Upper management is delusional if they don't realize how beat down everyone is. I am guessing 1/3 - 1/2 of the sales force calls it quits by the end of Q1. This place is crazy and not worth the stress. Life is sweet at par by far? The sad thing is there are really good reps but anyone with an ounce of pride and integrity will bail ASAP. This place looked good on paper but has turned out to be a complete nightmare.

The company shut down is standard in any Pharma company. Yes its sweet, what's not sweet is that reps that were hired after June 2009 get 10 vacation days while anyone hired before that get 15 vacation days. Now that's some B.S.
