Had my MDs (4) documenting all RXs since launch over a year ago. Have print outs of RXs from pharmacies they sent patients to for proof. Have my corresponding quick qlick data. Does not match. DM speechless. Love it.
 


















The more rural the less accurate. Reporting and quick clik is pure BS. My DM tries to use it against me when rx's arent reported even when I verify prescriptions. It is just another element to the misery working here.
 






Quit wasting your time. Your manager knows the numbers are under reported, the company knows the numbers are under reported and they have been for centuries or at least since I was a rep some 20 years ago. The idea that your manager cares about the numbers is crazy. Just go do your job and let the pieces fall where they may. You are not a sales person.
 






If you are paid on market share your competition is under reported too so it will wash in the end. However, if you are paid on Rx's then under reporting is an issue but there is no possible way to capture every script. Pharma companies have to pay for the data and it does not make sense to pay Smith's local pharmacy to report even though that might be the #1 pharmacy in a small town with your #1 decile 10 that is writing both hands. Measured on Rx for the first year of a launch. My manager is an idiot too. She doesnt understand or want to acknowledge the data is flawed the above ^^^^.

I have three years of Pharmacy reports AND EMR reports from select top Rx'ers. Nothing matches with QQ. Earlier poster said it best. Forget the #'s and just do the job they ask. We may not be selling, but you can ask for the business from certain people. Even when you'e doing 95% attainment, the company is doing 110%+, nothing you can do.
