dont talk about the baselines we never had
dont talk about the budget we spend that impacts NO ONE!
dont talk about the lack of direction.
dont talk about the docs we cant access but imput 80% fake calls on.
dont talk about the fact that regardless of what you do it means nothing
dont talk about the numbers that were right, then not right then right again? im so confused i dont even remember which it is anymore!

AND ESPECIALLY DONT TALK ABOUT THE FACT THAT THIS (az) IS NOT A SALES BASED ORGANIZATION!
IF IT WAS WE WOULD HAVE A BETTER IDEA OF WHAT ALL THE STUPID DATA MEANS.

The big question is whether or not the Ocean contract with AZ will go beyond September. Only serious or factual posts please.

Here's the answer:

No one from Publicis knows. Amy will be the first to know. Who knows how long she will have the info before it's cascaded to the rest of us.

What will be the key for renewal is when there are open territories in late July, August, and even Sept. If they are being filled, then there is a good shot of contract being renewed. But even filling vacant territories is not the cure all end all.

If we don't hear anything at all the first week of July, I think that will confirm that we will be done in September as planned.

To say they have a plan is an overstatement. Unless, you are refering to that grow your marketshare by 6% to make any bonus impossibility plan. This sounds more like the plan to me. Screw the actual salespeople who go out and make the calls. Manangers, Regional Directors all worthless. It not just contract but all of pharma. Smoke and mirrors, backstab, fake it, all words that describe what this industry has become. I forgot the most important one of all. Job justification. Every level right down to the rep has to play this one for all it's worth, otherwise what would they do all day to justify their existance.
