A absoulte s*** ton of reps have left and been forced out. Why do you think TB is sending out the employee referral form and they haven't been up our butt. It is just like last year when they laid off 50% of the sales reps and then it was the "new strativa" before it was the "old strativa" and now back to the "new strativa." The best advice I can tell you is that when they start running off their own (NST) and forcing Presidents Club winners out, start running for the hills!

I totally agree with you. I was just wondering how many we had, lets say before the layoff and people leaving and now. In looking at the job openings for sales reps, it appears that there are 12 openings, some going back to June!
 










































How about we just start cutting the managers instead of reps? People like pt and mf need to get a move on. It's way overdue. Quality reps will work for quality managers.
