Peggy can't manage properly HR tasks, yet she wanted to manage the activity of the first MSL hired. Talk about trying to build value for yourself when you lack incompetence in your area of expertise. That's what happens when you hire for cheap. She is another one who wanted to travel the country to view PDT cases. Why?

At least calibrating the lasers to add value fell within the reps responsibilities. Although, it was grasping for straws, the reps weren't attempting to cross over into other areas. Peggy should have been spending field days with the BCBS reps, Delta Dental Reps, and the ING reps. Instead, she wanted to spend field days observing PDT cases. Maybe she wanted to gain enough PDT knowledge to be the Chief Medical Officer. After all, if Sharon can work from her boat on Lake Michigan in that capacity, Peggy should be able to make herself look competent at the home office.

When I departed from PB, Peggy sent me a letter advising that I could continue my family's medical coverage as long as I paid the premium. The amount I would have to pay PB was between $1200 - $1300, I can't recall the exact amount. Anyway, after doing some research on-line (www.ehealthinsurance.com), I chose the same exact BCBS medical plan I had with PB. Except, the monthly premium was $618. I thanked Peggy and informed her about my decision and shared the significant price difference. I never received a response or reason why PB offered me the same exact plan at double the cost.

Peggy was not the sharpest pencil in the pencil box!! She was not competent enough to answer HR related questions for PB employees, everything was an adventure and experience when using your benefits or 401k... Why do you need a full time HR director for such a small company, a temp or contractor would suffice!!

She's not the sharpest tool in the shed, that's for certain. She's another one who fakes her job. How about her title, HR Director? It's a one person department. In that case, she should ask Guillermo to change her title to VP of HR Operations. Peggy is was trying hard to add value to her existence with Pinnacle Biologics. I'm still appaulled she was attempting to manage some of the tasks of the first MSL. There are many like her in this world. They seek to add value to their job by crossing over into other areas. I would have been interested to have read her daily activity report. The reason Guillermo did not have her produce one was to avoid getting more pissed off.

That question was always answered with a simple, "They get it. Guillermo, Viren and those guys get it. They get it." Brad's favorite three words, if you don't include "Hence."

Brad...what a funny guy. You cannot send him an e-mail with more than 2 sentences because he will disregard everything after the 2nd sentence.

[Brad has stopped reading by now]

Very short attention span.

Very true observation. May I add that he also has issues responding without the use of crayons.
