Nucynta Copay cards

Where the hell are the copay cards? They told us they would be shipped the day after the launch meeting. Two weeks later I have nothing. Sitting at the printer printing out one card at a time is a serious waste of our time. I have over 100 call plan targets. I can't print out enough for everyone unless I stay home all day. This doesn't get me sales.
