Why does Nucala leadership and marketing have no strategic ability? Why is Syneos calling customers who do not write biologics to set appointments. Then you have a scheduling conflict and cancel and the entire thing is pointless. Who came up with this?

Of course the do! ... Just ask the directors from the leadership development program in that group...........their minimal years of experience is really exponential relative to their talents!.........wait until they finally become leaders..........we just have not seen it yet!
 






Oh the apathy of the Nucala team. Leadership should be very concerned no one called them out on the lie! You will get credit for all Syneos sales. When did this change? Or did it change? Did you just get caught in a deception or a flat out lie? Accountability be dammed!

As you read this try not to get defensive. When it comes to Syneos, Gsk reps have one of two things going on. They either allow their egos to blind them or they have their heads wedged between their a$$ cheeks. Either way they can't read the writing on the wall. The fact that Syneos is a part of out team clearly demonstrates that it's just a matter of time. How many competitors are on the market now? How many specialties do we call on? How many of our competitors have contracted sales teams? The fact of the matter is, 2023 will be the end of GSK as we know it. Those Syneos reps that you hold such distain for may be you very soon. Now everyone, let's COCO!!!
