Are you crazy this meeting is serious business. We need to role play on all of our products. This will be lead by our MDP and Executive reps. The guys who make the bigs bucks folks! They will teach you how to teach a surgeon to close and also teach a MM how to inventory all the products they get because of the GPO contract they are on.

Focus people we need everyone to do more with less.

I've never made less than $187,000 as a Executive Rep. Been a Executive Rep for 5 years and average just under $200k. I just get out of bed and go to work every morning and I've managed to hit my forecast 8 out of 9 years with EES. You can make a fair living with this company, if you are willing to show up.

slight understatement......... Our compensation for what we do is more than just fair it is a thing of beauty! Easiest job I have ever had. I do need to follow that up with the fact that the contracts have fallen my way. Many other reps probably cannot say the same.
