Morale is so low and no one wants to travel and leave their families. On top of it, the delta variant is going around. It doesn’t seem like a smart business decision to have the entire sales force in one place. If one person gets COVID the entire sales force is out of commission for awhile. Maybe they want us to quit so they don’t have to pay severance.

The meeting will take place and there are no plans to cancel. It is very likely that only those employees that are fully vaccinated will be permitted to attend, those without proof of Covid vaccination will not be attending regardless of the reasoning for not being vaccinated.
