That’s always been around. Can’t smile, say, do anything in social media since the board grills Flemming for it. He is a pussy when it comes to him

It’s common for Flemming to ask his leaders to not post on social media because he gets the pump in his dump by board members and how much money they are spending in U.S. for no gains. It’s a miserable place to work
 






Get out of galderma, get out of fillers! Flemming is like the other ceos in the industry. Big ego. Galderma is bad, but think of it as being a turd in an ocean of shit.
 






Can’t wait to get reprimanded for buying a 3 buck cup of coffee like last year. Remember getting an email about not buying coffee from the Starbucks inside the resort last year. Lol.

US is a tragedy. It was going really well until Flemming decided to fire the leadership team, replacing them with a weaker one, only to replace that team once again. What did he expect?! We are now paying the price for his terrible decisions.
 
























well its made up or tards. the drug sells itself. Wait for 2025 and the quotas they have to achieve. the dude literally does nothing. I have asked him a few times on the sales deployment strategy and clearly he doesnt know what his own team is doing. Overall I give him an F. NSM was a fail too. the chatter in the sales team is that this was a very bad and depressing NSM experience. several leaders left right before nsm. what does that tell you?
 






Worst NSM of all time. This place is a complete dog and pony show. Just reading all of these posts and talking to everyone at the NSM it makes everything completely clear. This company is the absolute worst culture and horrible leaders. Nobody tells the truth and everyone has their own agenda here. There is no long term career here. This is a job, not a career but Galderma wants you to think different. This place is completely unethical and made up of egotistical leaders who can’t give you direct answers on anything. I have a job offer that I was waiting on taking and the NSM put the dagger in my heart that this place just sucks. That’s it. Great people on the ground but the people calling the shots make terrible decisions. I got my offer selling Letybo so I’ll be making money from dollar 1 without quotas or BS ride alongs, reports, ankle monitor tracing , etc. See you on the other side folks.

Yeh Kelly is pretty bad. Brenner is a tool. Flemming is a fucking short term mercenary. Shires is nasty. The guy who put NSM is the worst doesn’t know anything and uses his stupid consulting speak. But worst of them all, Christina Myers’s and her stupid Nike shoes. Dumb bitch doesn’t do anything and is fucking it up. Can’t wait for her to get fired. Jason was smart and saw writing on the wall and peaced.
