This company ruined their reputation after so many years of doing well overnight. It’s the dishonesty that really bothers me. The lack of care from the people in Tokyo. To think that leadership may stay the same way it has been. That tells you the only ones that get scrutinized are the people in sales. The environment is horrific. Only 1 leader lost their job.
 




I HATE this place. Cant wait tp leave. New job starts after yhe NSM, so damn, i guessI have to go.

You all just hired the worst manager in pharma history. Lee Ellen Houser is about to single handily run everyone off in the Dallas district. This hate comes from being told that your presentations aren’t good enough. That you are in the wrong parking lot and not following the assigned targeting. Having all your metrics being counted and discussing the lack of performance every week. Comparing you to the territories that are outperforming you but still failing themselves. Asking you to sell a product without having the full scope of the specialty pharmacy and co-pay cards. Lacking insurance coverage throughout all of launch. Selling a product that was grossly misforcasted. Punishing you by not paying bonus This is what happens when leadership remains the same. We work for the same people that told us we were wrong and performing badly. We lost good teammates. VP’s told directors you better push your people to the brink. Now let’s get together for a meeting to role play that is being paid with our bonuses and 401k. Let’s have dinner with the same group of leaders that put all the blame on us. This is an environment that’s conducive to failure. The leadership structure in place is archaic. We have way too much management babysitting a tiny salesforce. Things must change. Leadership must be turned over and reduced.
 
































This will be the most awkward meeting in
my 35 year career. I honestly expect leadership from retina to be booed on stage. I already know that community hates the currently leadership in control. I believe that the new President needs to explain that he has no authority to change out leadership or make major moves. His responsibility is to do those connect calls, and explain what the future may look like. Keep optics strong, and control the flow of work at Northbrook. That is all. It’s not a big role anymore.
