As my first NSM on the HEM side, here are a few of my thoughts? Please post what you think?

Pro's

- Nice Venue, great Wednesday time off
- Nice Agenda and speakers
- Great Culture

Con's

- Hem Party "carrot" over-hyped and talent was rough (took the first shuttle back)
- Pres Club weird? 3rd Place team wins President's Club, in my old company, they would be put on a plan, not get an award?
- Goals not clear, is it 2.6%, 6%, or 10% growth?

Overall pretty positive, but definitely different here.

No "team" wins presidents club so not sure what you are confused about on that one. The RBD who's region would have come in first was ineligible due to short time in role. Count your blessings that you are no longer at a company that uses 'plans' to drive behavior. Btw good job outing yourself.

Only thing I agree with in your cons is the lack of clarity around goals. If the band was not your thing I get it, it wasn'tu favorite either but it was still fun and I don't remember it being hyped up at all. If anything no one knew what we would be doing.
 












Seriously, you are a total douchebag that needs in-patient mental health treatment. Being surrounded by intelligent, driven leaders must make you feel very insecure. That, you cuckoo is why you will always be on the outside looking in! Good luck with your next contract gig!
