who is excited? Lots of new people to see. Still tons of turn over plus our new Amneal partners. Predictions? C’mon. This has the potential to be fun. Unless my AD is involved. She’s a fun killer

Well the first day was interesting. I wish the bicycle guy was runnning our company. Obviously my AD and RBM were not paying attention

Seriously? A whole week and no one has anything to add? This is what we called back in my previous life a target rich environment
The Battle of the ABD was comical today. I think we know which one is in over their head. The forced applause was painful
15 COE winners. 2/3 repeat winners. Basically the rest of us are fighting for a handful of spots that aren’t already gifted to the others
2 RBM winners. From the same territories that win every year. Literally. Must be frustrating to be an RBD
Lots of new faces. By my count there was over 25% turnover last year.

On a positive note, so,e of the programs they are rolling out. Now that there is a change in Ops maybe it won’t be the ambiguous “2 weeks”. Quite frankly I only care about how they set our goals because no one can explain it and it should be incredibly obvious to anyone paying attention that they are jacked up

Im supposed to be doing something different today. Having a customer database that worked would be different but apparently too much to ask for. So I’ll just find something else different.

I agree the bicycle guy should be a part of our leadership team. Positive energy is refreshing coming from someone other than just Scott Hunter. ANYONE from the Amneal side could take a few notes from either of them. I think the only time I saw Joe Todisco crack a smile was when he was watching the blonde NYC rep walk on stage multiple times. I liked the new format of all being in the same room, as well as actually having free time instead of being scheduled out the entire time.

Yeah. We’ve pretty much bailed on the whole Peloton Concept. It’s all about “power over” instead of “power with”. This week pretty much put that experiment on the junk heap
