TAMS nor PALS have a voice if they are not favored, only the chosen ones. Worst franchise in Gene history. Leadership is inept and amateurish. Only a few HD's are smart,strategic and authentic. Look at how many people have left, including the squad lead it speaks volumes. Speak up= retaliation.Culture is terrible in NRD. Senior Leadership only values TAMS and the poor PALs have NO voice. Forget E5 unless you kiss butt. Favoritism is rampant within Leadership and you certainly can’t trust those at the top who attempt to destroy their team.
