Management takes a lion share of the blame. Bad deals created the fruit bowl analogy they once used to describe the company’s portfolio. Not being prepared for losing Angiox revenue and disorganized drug launches speak volumes about the organization’s leadership competencies. As they say, they can get drugs to market but many in our sales force can’t sell to save their lives. Let’s be honest, the current situation is a combination of both bad leadership and incompetent reps. It’s a toxic brew.

Now what?
Now we have a company staffed with demoralized people who are checked out. The company needs leadership and at the moment there isn’t a clear leader. Recently some big changes were made at the top of the organization and now it’s a being led by weakened leader.

How much time do we have?
Depends. Is the company for sale or are they trying to turn things around?
These new additions at the top of the organization have made no effort to engage employees. Their motive is pretty clear. If the plan is to turn this company around, it will need someone who can engage and revive this deflated workforce otherwise the future looks bleak.
 








The entire place is a shirt show (less the r in shirt). The ships going down for real...u know the song. U would have to be a complete moron to want to ride it down...the only folks left are those that would slit your wrists to secure their own spot on a lifeboat. What a sad gluttonous, arrogant bunch! And for all of you MEDCO Lifers..your reputation on the street is viewed as "COMPLETE RUBBISH and STENCH by that of any and all other pharma companies. Having tenure at medco is not viewed as a plus..it is a HUGE RED FLAG that there is most like a CHARACTER FLAW and headhunters have rold me rhat they wont even look at anybody that has been at that place for more than three years..bc any longer than that is a sure sign of lacking qualities like trust..mutual respect.collaboration.
Luckily I was...only on the payroll at medco for a little over a year..and that was my saving grace. Recruiters treaded lightly to see if in that short time frame I had been corrupted by that of the Legacy of long time Vamps from the good old angiomax days.

Legacy angiomax folks!! LEAN IN and LISTEN REAL CLOSELY!!.when it is time to jump there will be no life vests for You...no lifeboats for YOU .NOTHING.for you. NO Red CRoss. No JOBS FOR U!!
There will only be lifeboats for the poor souls that were sold a sack of shirt(less the r in shirt) by the legacy medco vamps who will trample one another to satiate their own ego. Have you ever seen catfish feed?? What a sad...Bottom dweller group of folks. Catfish vampires should be your team name and you should get a mascot that is really Sucki!!
 
































Couldn't agree more with the post about the vamps... full of them! Every recruiter has full knowledge of just how AWFUL MDCO truly is! One of the worst reputations in the industry right now... and for good reason! Absolutely incompetent leadership, manipulative, ignorant and downright stupid people steering the ship! And don't get me started on the VP of ID and her team... karma is a beautiful thing!!! They'll be nothing left for all of you snakes that are left... everyone knows how rotten your stench is, and they'll be no jobs for people like you. Nothing. And even worse for you, the accounts that you so desperately need won't deal with the people you left in place! Good for you!!

What do you guys sell at Cempra? Please do NOT tell me another antibiotic? LMAO! Just what hospital pharmacies will want to hear. Besides, our CEO told us our pipeline is better than any other company in the world.
