Let me ask you this, if you were in a gun fight, would you rather have a better bullet proof vest or fewer bullets shot at you?

Well, I would prefer fewer bullets because not every bullet is going to be a direct hit. but you are correct in that Xtandi prevents/blocks androgen from feeding the tumor when Zytiga reduces, prevents the production of androgens. I think that both meds should be administered together.

BS! looks like someone is motivated to stir up a conversation and mine for competitive messaging. Are we going to fall for it so they can fill in the blanks on their monthly monitoring report for the competition? or should we feed them the BS they deserve?
