1.) to start gathering, holding, and building a war chest of legal info against- District Managers, Regional Directors, VPs, etc. who are not worthy.
2.) to watch/record/tape/ take pics on marketing teams which say and send different messages as they DO all the time. The term: "for your information only" is their way of pushing the line on ethical sales so record, tape, and document everything on your I-Phone/Phone cameras, and paper notes, create files and print, record, tape everything, etc to build the war chest when the time comes.
3.) to the latest legal HEAT Novartis is feeling in courts submitting by paying out, is a result of wrongful acts top down management has been able to get away with for years! Its like we R the infidels, we are the terror for all the wrongs we feel, this is our Ground Zero and we are winning this battle against big Corps, Big Pharma so don't retreat as they are feeling the heat! We can stand together and prevail for what is right.
4.) Show Novartis and the industry we can't be treated like "GARBAGE" as the garbage is at the top, true talent at the bottom doing all the hard work/lifting!
*Please add to this list what we all need to due, Unionize, organize, and set the bar that "No-More" no more we will be walked over!!!
