Let me break it down for your clearly limited emotional intelligence. The point was the negligence with which they have disregarded the FDAs warning for years and the insufficient attempt at correcting the problems is EXACTLY how they deal with the toxic environment created by the nepotism and insecurity that surrounds leadership and the HR department. Clearly Integra’s definition of “serious” is not enough. Even the FDA has to tell you to do better.
 






This entire scenario is not a surprise. It’s history repeating itself. But let’s rewind for a moment. The comment about bh is on point. Guy is a creep but apparently has 9 lives. Who got canned?

BH definitely a joke. He is a complete sham. There was a famous english novelist, Evelyn Waugh who once wrote a beautiful description of a toxic someone. It is a great reflection of how one could describe BH at Integra.
