It doesn’t matter how hard you work at NNI. It doesn’t matter how ethical you are. It doesn’t matter that you are in the field every day advocating for patients and building relationships in the offices. What matters at NNI is how well you put on a dog and pony show for your manager and regional manager. Some of these reps really know how to manipulate and scheme to get promoted and recognized. It’s disgusting to watch.

Hard to have the performance when we haven’t had a goal in over a year because the f supply. My territory has such spotty supply numbers one would make goal (although this year does seem to be a little better).

Impact Measures are TOTALLY SUBJECTIVE and the feedback you get from you manager is a direct result of the amount of ass kissing you do throughout the year.

You must not work at NNI or you must be in home office. You’re a complete idiot if you don’t know what’s going on at NNI. We are being ranked by how many calls we enter, how many times we use IVA, and how much our manager promotes us. It’s not about sales of a product anymore. Shut your mouth if you don’t know what’s you’re talking about loser.
