They continue to layoff tenured (mature and higher salaries) individuals. They have over 22 openings in the field. Turnover is a reflection of the culture and inauthentic leadership! Vision care has new GM (useless and inauthentic. She doesn’t even like OD profession) New VP of sales has no strategic thought and was just good at being a “yes man” to upper management. It is a culture that reward’s inauthentic character!
