Novartis vs AZ... or Merck?

a "hypothetical question": if you are offered a director-level position at GSK, Novartis, Merck, AZ or BMS, where would you go?

Merck without doubt. Steadiest least toxic culture.

Merck? Are you kidding me? I came from there and it's the worst company that I've ever worked for.

I worked for both companies. Better work-life balance at Novartis. But they are both pretty unethical companies. Good luck with your choice

NONE. All are unethical to some point. This is BIG pharma.....that is the culture at all the big companies.

Very much depends on which division and what job. Each has areas where they are strong and areas they are weak. I wouldn't take one with novartis vaccines but would with hem.
