Novartis US Pharma need female leadership

Fabrice provides little value for Novartis and there are many female leaders that could do a much better job in terms of culture and commitment to US population health. Can anyone in the US relate to this guy? No.
Novartis needs a bold statement on gender equality like JPMorgan. This would significantly change the narrative and image of the company... but maybe Vas likes the image of US Pharma????
As a shareholder there needs to be leadership change that's meaningful.

Look up Debbie Henderson and the disaster she did to Novartis neuroscience when she was a VP. I think you'll understand why there aren't more female leaders with a diversified background. It was a failed experiment.

First get the bitches out then bring the female leaders in. Simple.

For a company with such a work agenda, the gender bias I have worked against is shocking. Yes, I’ve encountered plenty of reportable discrimination, but no, I haven’t reported, because I haven’t seen anyone benefit from reporting.

Lisa DeChamps, Collette Matz….both fantastic . laverne was all talk no action… hence why she’s gone. Victor wants puppets in place that don’t talk back. that’s why there will never be a female leader. Lisa or Collette would have crushed it. End of story.

Funny how my comment and the other ones regarding women staying home and cooking dinner and doing laundry have been removed. Thank you Novartis for removing these comments but leaving up comments on other threads that are disparaging to certain employees.

We already do. We pass over qualified and successful women every day so we can hire unqualified men from outside the company, because, you know, we need a man for the job.

we pass over any INTERNAL people who are more than qualified for opportunities so we bring in external people who have a few impressive words on their resume. Ex: renal team, RLT
No career development here. Once your hired your stuck in that job.
