I keep seeing posts in threads that say "I left Novartis years ago" and "I'm finally free and happy". No one posts where they went, so....where is the grass so greener? Which companies have the best culture ex Novartians?

NOT at NVS US!!!!! Which is a horrible culture. Based on fear, discrimination and exploitation. Sure, it pays well, but there is a reason for that, it's called: control!

Sorry for the brief interruption folks, and now back to the scheduled programming. What a freaking idiot.
 




Believe when people leave they leave for good. No need to come back and check in. They have new lives, new career s. They cash a full bonus. They get raises. They get promote d. They dont come back here because they dont care. This isn't they only game in town. Thank god.
