Novartis thread says PDI will be gone by summer 2018

Has anyone heard this? Thanks for serious replies rather than..I wish it were over before then, etc...we all know what you think if you've posted multiple times on here.

Nobody has heard anything. The Idiot on the Novartis board is saying summer 18 Bc that’s when the contracts over, unless extended. While I don’t have any “inside” information, I can tell you I would bet my last dollar that it does not go past December. All signs are pointing to that. If you don’t see that then I have a bridge to sell you.

if novartis lays off their own rep they have to pay severance. With pdi they just cut the contract. There is zero chance that they will decide to do anything that costs them more money.

Will be no notice or warning, just an odd placed conference call announcing the end. Maybe they will give 2 weeks to 1 month pay before you are finished.

You are correct. A 4 pm 'suddenly' announced CC and the hammer will fall. At this point I would think it will be half of PDI cut and the national meeting in January will be to announce the new alignment and a re-launch of Entresto. Some Novartis reps will be gone also.
