My suggestion, centralize operation in EH, get rid of the OUs and all that overhead, including the GMs. BRMs are an unecessary weight, with the lost of Reclast coming soon there's no need for them. LTC, is there a real reason for their existence, more death way, gone. By doing the above Novartis would be better off to deal with the storm of product losses, and to keep the people who really brings the bread to the table - the sales force. Do Novartis have the balls to make these changes, let's see.
