Novartis sucks in Central Valley

I have seen some freakin reps who just stay home all day long or see some NP,PA's who don't write nothing with no potential at all. Novartis reps here they have been getting away with it so that they can make atleast 9 calls a day.
In a way it is good Novartis does deserve that. But, I wonder how the hell these guys do not work and still shows off in the metings like they are best. Shitty reps SOB's....
This one rep does not even get signatures at all. he just drive by the office and that's a call. HA HA
 






I dont know if you are currently working or not. But, you are right I compete with Novartis. These guys do not work at all. Especially one guy stays home all day and takes care of the business. He simply does not work. It sbetter for us cause they help us sell our products.
 






I think I know who you are talking about. These assholes not only" not work" but, if you work they gang up against you as well. I hope this helps. These are pure bastards.
 






Here is a deal. I am working in Central Valley as well. These guys Go to F**Cn same place on Friday so One person can get the sigs or they all go to gether. 30 minutes 16 calls under one roof. This one ladies car is always at home I do not know what time and how she works. SOuth Valley is even crazier...people just do not work.But, they always.....

many districts and states have central / south valley areas....if you are referring to CA I know what you mean. It could be the same for all reps but the PMO guys work two half days a week. And my docs tell me that they don't even talk product - only spread. (legal issue and compliance issue right). Maybe the are spending all the time in the LTC accounts or could be going around talking to Dentist, not sure but I found it interesting
 






























You can apply in Fresno if you like.I believe the manager is Jack. Not sure if the the they are ready to hire though. Because, friend of mine has applied and even called a manager too but, no answer. Good luck though...I see they need someone. Don't get me wrong Fresno is not bad at all. It is the F^^n reps some who do not work.
 






I am curious..... Is the OP someone who is bitching about these "guys" from afar or someone from within their own team? Secondly, why the hell does anyone care if they are from another company?

It is completely true that Novartis has some complete losers employed on their "team." It is also a widely known fact that one female rep never works. Her car does not leave her house. And yet.... she does have a job. Oh, she sells Diovan.

To the person who commented about which offices/prescribers they are calling on: How exactly do you know that those NP/PA's are not writing their drug? How do you know what their call average should be? Are you certain that these "prescribers" are not beneficial to their business? Unless...... you are some coward from within that is using this forum to bitch anonymously?

To the person bitching about the PMO reps. HELLO AMGEN rep... How are you? You would be the only person that would understand "spread" and/or have the doctors to discuss this with. Way to be discreet buddy, though subtle was never your forte.

To the rep attempting to go to NWMG on a Friday to collect 16 signatures as fast as possible. Don't be so bitter that you did not think of it first. Why don't you offer up breakfast for the whole damn clinic every week too? Oh, you just want to show up without the effort? Sorry.

Lastly, it seems to me that most of you are just bitter that these reps have figured out a way to beat the system, stay employed and for the most part, be successful. Take notes people, take notes. I sure am.
 


















I don't really care who these "people" posting are, but can only hope they do not work for Novartis.
Your use of grammar, punctuation, slang terms, and general inability to coherently put together a sentence is embarrassing!
If you do work for Novartis, how about you stop complaining about the people who work here, and start complaining to whatever University gave you a college diploma. You were grossly cheated if they passed you based on your current writing samples!

ever since you guys heard you were getting laid off, I see you alot more out in the field.....PS I nailed brooke in the kiester. Tight and clean-----the general was happy
 












What valley are we talking about? It must be the valley of sour grapes and bad grammar. Who gives a shit it others are working, do your thing and don't be a little bitch.
