The absolute worst in the industry. all of them. the gilenya call was a prime example. first they cant figure out how to use the con call line and then they tell us they lose the largest account in the country. who is losing their job because of this enormous blunder?

Management better have a conference call early next week explaining how most of the salesforce will make little bonus moving forward. The impact of this is substantial and if you do not question your manager about this, don't complain about your bonus. This will have very little effect on some territories and huge impact on the neighboring territory. This will create the first large turnover in the Gilenya salesforce,
 






























couldn't agree more good-for-nothing managed care team and no clue what they are doing in the MS arena or any other for that matter.



In one area 42% of SRF's from Feb have never made it to a TRX to get paid bonus on. The missing were pap, mged care issues, fdo issues, reporting issues, patient backed out, etc. Some areas are higher.
