Doesn't really matter. Novartis will continue to threaten/pay the 3 FDA approved generic Entresto manufacturers from coming to market until summer 2025.

Novartis has a lot of Medical Directors with no real medical experience. There are many who were teaching at community colleges and got herded here by friends for jobs like med info among other roles and went on to become medical directors. There is a cult group within medical which includes these people. They have a lot of power.

That slime of a lady Kristin Miller finally decided to address this issue with her little email this afternoon. Got another "nothing has changed, business as usual" BS statement. Having worked with her, she is a nasty, self-centered person. To this day, it makes me vomit to see her speak on stage/webcasts and just say the most untruthful things to the salesforce.

If/when it becomes worth it to move beyond Novartis' payoffs/bribes, they'll launch the biosimiliar.
Its just a matter of the potential fines/penalties versus the profits of launching and being the first biosimilar on the market.
Novartis could care less about patient choice and savings, they'll wring every last nickel out of it to fatten Vas' and Victor's wallets.

This is what bothers me. Lay people off and let us know on the oct 30 call. Stop delaying we know something is coming. Don’t take time away from people’s families and bring us to Vegas knowing layoffs are coming. Do it now.

Nothing concerns foul pieces of shit like Victor, Neil, Dez and Kristin like the thought of taking you away from your family for a week & turning around and firing you 72 hours later.
These wretched assholes would punch their own mothers in the mouth if it meant saving their own asses & a few extra RSU's.
The only thing you can count on is that when it happens, it will be handled with the grace and professionalism they displayed with the Leqvio launch.
