Novartis laying off all field personel

The latest info I have is that all field personel will be laid off and then be required to interview for their job. Add to this that outside candidates will be included in the interview process. Anyone with a 1 will be eliminated, and managers can veto others as well.

Fine. What is the lay off package being offered.

Dream on ... will never happen. Too much disruption would take place

Hey OP.....do you have any clue how much it costs to layoff an employee? How about hire an employee? Maybe you can guess how much it costs to train a new employee? Now lets consider your well thought out theory on what is going to take place and how much money that dip-shit thought process would cost the company! You would make an ideal candidate for an FLM.....

In my 29 years the cost of layoff, hiring and training a new employee has never been a problem. How many people have managers gotten rid of when it should have been the manager thrown out the door OF THE REPS CAR WHILE IT IS MOVING,
